Romanian Society for Information Technology in Agriculture, Food, Environment and Tourism (ROSITA) is a non profit organisation working in Brasov, Romania, in the field of Information technologies applied in specific domains.
ROSITA wants to promote new trends in information technology and to apply the latest IT concepts in agriculture and food, environmental and tourism.
Like other prestigious European associations, ROSITA is working in interdisciplinary areas that are founded in modern methods of information, communication and data processing.
The association's activity is supported by an enthusiastic group of researchers, teachers and students of the Faculty of Food and Tourism in Brasov, Romania, and a number of other employees of software companies, engineering and applied research institutes in Romania.
At the institutional level, the association collaborates with other educational research entities and companies, especially from Central Romania.
